IV Right of withdrawal

The order can be withdrawn without need of justification within a time period of two weeks, following delivery of the goods. The withdrawal can be made in the written form or by returning the goods to Tao Chan Zentrum e.V., Yorckstraße 6, 65195 Wiesbaden. The dispatch date suffices for assessment of the above time period. By exercising the right of withdrawal it is required that the goods be returned. The costs of returning the goods is to be borne by the buyer when the delivered goods are those which were ordered and when the price of those goods being returned does not exceeed 40 euros, or for a higher price of the goods when the buyer at the time of the withdrawal has not yet paid or a partial payment has not yet been contractually agreed upon. In all other cases there is no charge for the cost of returning the goods.

Obligations for the reimbursement of payment must be fulfilled by the buyer within 30 days following postage of the buyer’s written revocation.

Payments already received will be reimbursed. The right of withdrawal lapses for deliveries of audio or video recordings where the delivered data medium has had the seal removed by the buyer. The right of compensation is reserved where deterioration of the goods is seen to be the buyer’s responsibility.
